We're currently offering the following shipping options -
FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE METRO AREAS ONLY
On Carla or Alex chairs ** Minimum purchase of $900 required.
If you live outside of these areas in a regional or rural location, additional shipping charges will be applied to your order.
Please reach out to us if you live outside of these areas and would like a quote to deliver to your home. Pricing will vary depending on the size of order and your location.
We currently don't have a showroom with items on display, however you can arrange to view something prior to purchase at our Central Sydney warehouse in Rosebery.
You'll need to make an appointment time to do this, which can be done by reaching out to us at hello@franka.com.au
NOTE: If you are hoping to see something specific at your visit, please let us know if the notes section so we can ensure that we have that item on display. We will do our best to ensure that it is transferred over from our main warehouse if not on display.

If your enquiry relates to an existing order, please reach out to orders@franka.com.au and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.
We operate as an online only operation at this stage, however if you are interested in road testing one of our chairs or smaller items, in some cases, we can send you the item test in your space before committing. Please reach out at hello@franka.com.au if you'd like to explore this option.
NOTE: There will be a delivery fee payable with this option, however this is fully redeemable if you move forward with a purchase.
If you're in the process of furnishing an entire room, and need several items - we can offer package discounts to help with this.
