Franka is an online-only store, which means we don’t have a physical showroom.
However, we provide detailed product descriptions, sizing, and high-quality imagery to help you shop with confidence. Need extra help? We're always happy to answer questions.
Yes! We offer samples of finishes and fabrics where available. Just select the option you're after on the individual product page. It’s a great way to get a feel for texture and colour before committing to a full purchase. We'll deliver this to you for free.
Yes - our team is just an email or message away. We're a small, friendly group and pride ourselves on providing honest, helpful advice. Reach out via our chat system for quick questions, or via email at hello@franka.com.au
We will generally respond within a few hours during busines hours, or 24 hours over the weekends.
We operate as an online only operation at this stage, however if you are interested in road testing one of our chairs or smaller items, in some cases, we can send you the item test in your space before committing. Please reach out at hello@franka.com.au if you'd like to explore this option.
NOTE: There will be a delivery fee payable with this option, however this is fully redeemable if you move forward with a purchase.
Most of our pieces require light assembly, but nothing complex. We design with simplicity in mind, and clear instructions are always included.
We keep most items in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days, but delivery times can vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Because we work with multiple freight partners and many of our items are bulky, lead times may differ between metro and regional areas. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.

We deliver to most locations across Australia, although some very remote or hard-to-reach areas may fall outside our standard delivery network. If shipping doesn’t seem right at checkout - or if you're placing a bulk order and would like a custom quote - please get in touch at orders@franka.com.au.
