Delivery Policy

At Franka, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free delivery or collection experience for your orders. Read on to learn more about our delivery and collection policies.

Delivery

We offer standard delivery across Australia, with shipping fees calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, and delivery times can vary depending on your location. You can track your order using the tracking information provided.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and we do not accept any liability for any failure to deliver the products within the specified time for any reason.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery during business hours, as we cannot guarantee redelivery or storage of your order. Depending on your order, a signature may be required on delivery.

For large items, specialised delivery quotes will apply. We strive to ensure high quality and cost-effective delivery services and to mitigate these costs where possible.

Large Items - Deliveries within the Sydney Metro Area

For Sydney Metro deliveries of large items (e.g. large furniture, sofas etc), our standard delivery service includes the following:

single courier service;

drop-off delivery; and

delivery to the ground-floor only.

For Sydney Metro deliveries of large items, our premium large item delivery service includes the following:

two-person courier service;

delivery to room/area nominated by customer; and

item unpacking and rubbish removal.

For premium deliveries requiring assembly services, please contact our team directly for an additional quote.

Large Items – Deliveries outside the Sydney Metro Area (including regional areas)

For deliveries of large items (e.g. large furniture, sofas etc) outside of the Sydney Metro Area, please contact our team directly for a customised quote.

Collections

If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a free collection service from our warehouse in Ingelburn, Sydney. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be available for collection.

Please ensure that you bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid form of ID when collecting your order.

Lead Times - Made-to-Order / Custom Orders

The lead time refers to the amount of time it takes for a product to be manufactured or delivered after an order has been placed. The lead time can vary depending on various factors such as the complexity of the product, the manufacturing process, the availability of raw materials or components, and the transportation time.

Please note that due to the nature of custom orders, lead times for all custom and made-to-order items will vary and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control.

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date lead time estimates to our customers to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of our products.

We are currently offering free furniture delivery for all deliveries within the Eastern Seaboard Metro Area. This offer is only applicable for drop-off deliveries at ground floor level and excludes any additional services such as product assembly and/or rubbish removal.
