Delivery dates are estimates only. We cannot accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time resulting from freight/shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers.
Many of our items are large and require several people to deliver them, or even specialised delivery. We use quality delivery services and we strive to keep your delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery Services Standard Courier (small items)
Australia Post or similar courier.
Standard Delivery (large items):
Courier (one man only). Drop off service. Delivered to ground floor only.
Premium Delivery (large items inc. sofas & large furniture):
Delivery to Sydney Metro Area. Pricing includes: Two-man delivery with item delivered to designated room, unpacked and rubbish removed. Assembly service also available, please request quotation (if required).

Larger items, multiple items, locations outside Sydney Metro Area (including regional areas).
Please note: Rubbish removal & assembly services may not be available outside Sydney Metro Area.
Much as we’d love to give you an exact delivery time, this is often beyond our control. Delivery times are between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time or call prior to delivery.
Occasionally orders get delayed. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Timeframes For Collections / Deliveries From Third Party Suppliers
To minimise our carbon footprint, we arrange collections on a regular basis from our interstate suppliers that are consolidated with other orders. Delivery timeframes can therefore vary depending on when you have ordered within the timeframe.
Accepting Your Item
When you take delivery of your item, you’re required to inspect your product.
For items delivered by a carrier:
You will be required to note any damage on the delivery documentation which is presented to you by the carrier for signature.
For all other items:
You will be required to notify us in writing of any damage or shortages within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your item. Franka will not be liable for any damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the specified time period.
Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery at your nominated address.
Accessories & floor stock sale items are available for collection free of charge in store.
