If you decide the chair isn’t right for you, it can be returned for a full refund. If you move ahead with a larger purchase, the $99 delivery fee is credited back to you, with only the freight for the final order payable. If you’d like to arrange a trial, just get in touch and we’ll take care of the rest. If you want it shorter, more conversational, or more formal for legal clarity, I can tweak it easily.
