we offer free returns on our Carla chairs. Just keep the original packaging and let us know within 7 days of delivery if you’d like to return the chair. We’ll cover the return freight, and you’ll only pay our carrier’s base cost (which may be slightly higher than your original delivery fee). Simple and stress-free.

To trial the chair in your space, we send out a single Carla Chair with a flat delivery fee of $99 to your location.
For now, the cost would be:

If you decide the chair isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.
If you do move ahead with a larger order, the $99 delivery is fully credited back to you – you’d simply cover the freight for the final order.
