When you order 8 or more Carla Chairs, you’ll automatically receive free shipping to *most areas across Australia - no code needed. If you are in a regional or remote location, you are still welcome to place your order. We’ll follow up with a shipping quote if needed, and you’ll have the option to proceed or cancel. While we do our best to cover as much of the country as possible, we reserve the right to charge shipping for very remote areas where freight costs are significantly higher. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch before ordering.

we offer free returns on our Carla chairs. Just keep the original packaging and let us know within 7 days of delivery if you’d like to return the chair. We’ll cover the return freight, and you’ll only pay our carrier’s base cost (which may be slightly higher than your original delivery fee). Simple and stress-free.
