Credit Cards & Paypal

Shopping is simple with Franka. We accept all credit cards, as well as PayPal payments through our website.


We want to make sure you never miss out, so a deposit of 50% is required to secure your order for items which are not custom-made.

A deposit of 70% is required to secure your order for goods which are custom-made.

Please note, until items are paid in full, they remain the property of Franka.

Cancellations & Refunds

Custom-Made Items

Our custom-made pieces are special. They’re made just for you, to your exact specifications, from materials of your choosing. That’s why we cannot fully refund for change of mind.

A cancellation fee of 35% will be charged, and after your order has been confirmed, we require written confirmation of cancellation.

Additional cancellation fees may apply according to variables including the fabric and materials of your piece, the status of production and how far your order has progressed. Thank you for your understanding.

Sign Off

All items require your signoff to confirm details at the time of your order. This signoff is binding and cannot be changed once it’s been made.

For both custom-made and non-custom items, we recommend checking the details of your order thoroughly, including size and colour options. Once you pay your deposit, the wheels are in motion. Franka will order your goods according to what has been signed off by you.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, this includes all online, instore, floor stock & factory sale items.  Please note, that every piece we sell is covered by our standard structural warranty, however the fabric and leather warranty is not applicable to sale items.

Store Credit

For ‘change of mind’ store credit can be issued in place of a refund.

Floor Stock

Floor stock pieces may have variations, marks or can show signs of wear and tear, that’s why you’ll note the reduced price of floor stock pieces. Choose carefully, because all floor stock sales are final.

Please note, that every piece we sell is covered by our standard structural warranty, however the fabric and leather warranty is not applicable to floor stock and sale items.

Lead Times

When Will My Item Be Ready?

Lead times displayed on our website are approximate and can change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please contact the lovely Franka team to find out more about the lead time for your item, which can change throughout the year.


Freight & Shipping

All prices shown exclude the cost of freight (also known as shipping). See individual product page for more information and contact the sales team for a quote to your location.

Accepting Your Item

When you take delivery of your item, you’re required to inspect for any damages or issues.

For items delivered by a carrier:

You will be required to note any damage on the delivery documentation which is presented to you by the carrier for signature.

For all other items:

In all other cases you will be required to notify us in writing of any damage or shortages within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Franka will not be liable for any damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the specified time period.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery at the nominated address.

Access To Property

Please make sure you measure access to your property to ensure the pieces you order will fit.  Measure doors ways, lifts and any other specific areas which may hinder easy access.

Problems or costs arising from a piece not fitting into your space or needing specialist delivery equipment (eg. a balcony lift) are not the responsibility of Franka.
